Additional rules

Our house rules are as follows:

1. No smoking! of cigar, cigarette, e-cigarette, hookah, vaporizer, or pipe containing tobacco, non tobacco product, etc in home, on balcony/patio, and limited common areas attached to or outside of the dwelling is not permitted.($500 smoking violation fine applied to cleaning fee)
– There are designated areas outside 10ft away from the buildings of the community.
2. No parties (In the event that any of these rules are broken, there will be a $500 violation fine.)
3. No pets ($500fine)
4. Lost key card will result in a fee of $150
5. No unauthorized guest (All occupants must be listed of reservation in order to avoid cancellation of your reservation)
6. Early check-in and late check-out fee is $30/hr if we are able to accommodate your request
7. $50 per additional occupant that exceeds our occupancy limit per night (max of 1 additional occupant)
8. If you break anything or spill something on furniture or carpet that leaves stains must be reported to the host while you’re in property. If found after you have left and not reported, there will be fees to pay for damages, replacement or clean up
9. If you order something while you’re visiting and it does not arrive before you leave, as a courtesy, we will do our best to assist however, we will not responsible for any lost items as long fees associate to ship will be required. We HIGHLY recommend you cancel or have it rerouted
10. Please be respectful to the space and the building. Respect our neighbors and keep the noise level down, especially after 10pm
11. No weapons permitted on the property
12. NO HAIR DYE ( including colorful bath bomb)
13. No Glitter & Confetti (will resort in extra cleaning fees)
14. Do NOT TAMPER with Internet.
15. DO NOT TAMPER w/ blink doorbell camera nor blink exterior camera as this is for safety purposes as we take your safety as well as privacy seriously. Footage remains private & may be used for liability/monitoring policies noted in this listing. any attempt at disabling or obstructing camera is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
